How much does it cost to get a new website?

How long will it take to build my site?

Our goal is to get your website built within 2 weeks. There are variables that could affect that timeline such as demand and our communication. We will notify you if we expect it to take longer than 2 weeks.

What kind of support do you offer after my website is launched?

We assume hosting for all of the sites that we build. As a part of that, we offer basic website care and hosting at a monthly investment of $65/month. This covers the cost of us going into your site each week to make infrastructure updates that protect your site from malware and downtime. We also keep a secure copy of your site in the event that you need emergency site restoration.

Do I have to host my site with you?

Short answer is not BUT…if you decided to host elsewhere, there are extra costs. We hold premium licenses to the tools used to build and maintain your website. These are complementary to those sites hosted on our server. If you decide to move your site after it is built, you will need to purchase your own plugin licenses to replace ours. In addition, there is a migration fee. We are happy to advise on the pros and cons of our hosting versus the cheap options.

What if I already have a site and are in need of a refresh?

No problem. In this case, we would keep your existing site up and build your new site on our server with a temporary domain name. Once your new site is designed and launched, we switch your existing domain to the new host. This will replace your old site and you can cancel your old hosting.

I have an existing site that just needs some edits, can you do that?

Generally, we do not jump in and make changes on websites that are built by other developers. Our focus is the full client journey, but if you become ready to refresh the design and messaging of your site, we would love to be your web design company!

Won’t a template site look like everyone else's?

No. The template is just a starting point for the layout. Although, users do expect a website to flow in a certain manner and I feel it’s important to keep that familiarity within each site – considering the attention span of the person scrolling your site and how little time you have to convince. But as far as the design goes, your site will be your own. With your logo, colors, images, fonts and overall brand vibe.
