Our goal is to get your website built within 2 weeks. There are variables that could affect that timeline such as demand and our communication. We will notify you if we expect it to take longer than 2 weeks.

On the flip site, if the website is stalled due to no response from the client, the project will be canceled and will need to be restarted. We understand that things come up and life and can pause a project if that is the case. But if after 3 months of no response from the client and several attempts to reach out, we will need to start over with a new package.

We are flexible and would love to discuss features that you might need for your business and website. If it’s simple and we can easily fit it in, we will do that. If it is more involved and will take over an hour, we will provide an estimate to see if it fits in with your budget and need.

You can add on pages for $250/page or you can add pages later yourself. We will provide video instructions on how to add pages.

We assume hosting for all of the sites that we build. As a part of that, we offer basic website care and hosting at a monthly investment of $75/month. This covers the cost of us going into your site each week to make infrastructure updates that protect your site from malware and downtime. We also keep a secure copy of your site in the event that you need emergency site restoration.

Short answer is no – BUT…if you decided to host elsewhere, there are extra costs. We hold premium licenses to the tools used to build and maintain your website. These are complementary to those sites hosted on our server. If you decide to move your site after it is built, you will need to purchase your own plugin licenses to replace ours. In addition, there is a migration fee. We are happy to advise on the pros and cons of our hosting versus the cheap options.

Our Website Care and Hosting plans are comprehensive and include much more than a basic GoDaddy or BlueHost cheap option. We use the best host available for WordPress sites for security, speed, and reliability.

The monthly investment for this service is $65/mo.

We are in your site every week making updates to all of your site’s plugins, theme and WordPress Core files. Sites that are not updated are most  vulnerable to hackers so we are on a weekly schedule to add additional safeguards. We also keep an off-server back up of your site so should it ever go down, we have a secured back up to get your website back up quickly.

Your site is being monitored for uptime 24/7. If it ever goes down, we are the first to know and work quickly to get it back up.

Your site is built using the premium theme and plugins owned by SWD and these are available to you while we are hosting and caring for your site.
