We do have a selection of done-for-you- for brand-new businesses, but we do not purchase domains on your behalf. We recommend you purchase your domain through GoDaddy. Your business’s domain is a valuable asset that should remain under your control.
We do not handle any kind of email service and recommend GSuite or Google Workplace for Businesses.
We do not design logos.
Generally, we do not jump in and make changes on websites that are built by other developers. Our focus is the full client journey, but if you become ready to refresh the design and messaging of your site, we would love to be your web design company!

If you find another site within our portfolio that you would like to use as a starting point, we can use one of those as your template. Sometimes, we source new templates for specific businesses. Don’t hesitate to inquire!
You can add on pages for $250/page or you can add pages later yourself. We will provide video instructions on how to add pages.
It sure does! It’s best to launch with 3 blogs and having those written beforehand is ideal but these can also be added later. We can also refer you to a great blog writer if you prefer an experienced content writer to handle that.
This is a great question that comes up a lot. We cannot advise on the legal aspects of a Privacy Policy for your business but we can refer you to Iubenda or Termageddon.
The first step in website security is hosting. Our websites are hosted on a premium dedicated server with built-in safeguards. The next step is ensuring that plugins, themes, and WordPress is up-to-date. We perform weekly or bi-weekly updates. In addition, we hide your WordPress login page from hackers who seek to gain access to your site. And we HIGHLY encourage you to use secure passwords. And of course, every site comes with SSL encryption.
We can license basic subscription images from Adobe Stock. You provide us with the image numbers and we can license and add the images. We prefer you do this since you know best which images you like.

Yes, for $150 we can add a pop up and for $250 we can add a pop up with a lead magnet section to your website. You will need to provide the downloadable document as a compressed PDF. We do not write or design lead magnets but can connect you to someone who can take care of that for you!
You can definitely make website edits yourself! In fact, we will provide instructional videos on request or you can explore the vast repository of Elementor YouTube videos that exist. AND we are here for you to make edits and fix anything you may break at our hourly rate.

Our Website Care and Hosting plans are comprehensive and include much more than a basic GoDaddy or BlueHost cheap option. We use the best host available for WordPress sites for security, speed, and reliability.
The monthly investment for this service is $65/mo.
We are in your site every week making updates to all of your site’s plugins, theme and WordPress Core files. Sites that are not updated are most vulnerable to hackers so we are on a weekly schedule to add additional safeguards. We also keep an off-server back up of your site so should it ever go down, we have a secured back up to get your website back up quickly.
Your site is being monitored for uptime 24/7. If it ever goes down, we are the first to know and work quickly to get it back up.
Your site is built using the premium theme and plugins owned by SWD and these are available to you while we are hosting and caring for your site.

There is a cost associated with purchasing your domain (url) name from a company like GoDaddy (depends on your desired domain but usually around $9. Premium domains can cost much more). And there is the costs associated with your monthly website’s care and hosting each month ($65/month). If you have a special feature or plugin that you want to use that SWD doesn’t already hold a license for, there could be an additional investment for that.
And there are add-on services such as SEO, content writing or extra pages which are listed on the site.
Website Process Questions
We will get the process started by sending you over a couple of questionnaires to gather important information about the project. We will need login information for your domain registrar, current host if you have one, etc.
Then we will provide access to your Google Drive Project Folder where we will share documents, images and communicate.
Once we have all of your content, we will start building your website!
