While there is an agreement to sign, we only require a 30 days notice to cancel or change your plan. You are free to change your mind at any time about your plan level and if you need to cancel, we can easily transfer the hosting into your name! Versus other companies that require file migration.
Although we do promise to do everything in our power to prevent that from happening, some things are out of our control and we cannot promise that your website will never be hacked, go down or break. We have monitors in place 24/7 to alert us if your site is ever down. We will work fast to assess the issue and implement a speedy fix.

We pro-rate the time based on how many days we have hosted and maintained the site. 30 days notice is required for a pro-rated refund.
We feel very strongly about choosing the right host. If you are being hosted by WP Engine or SiteGround, we would consider it with an upcharge. Otherwise, we prefer to keep things as efficient as possible using our host, Flywheel.
We will first want to do a website audit to make sure your website is in good health and a good fit for us. We would then discuss any issues that need addressing on the front-end and a plan that fits your needs best. For optimal security, you MUST keep secure passwords. And because we don’t have time to visit each site that we manage daily or weekly (unless you’re on the premium plan), it is your responsibility to frequently visit your site and notify as soon as possible if you find things are broken or out of place.
Because we have a large client base and are managing many new and on-going projects, we plan our days, weeks and months ahead of time to make sure we can meet all of our client needs and timelines. It is tricky for us to drop what we’re doing to address an urgent request, but we do have rush and emergency pricing to help accomodate in those situations. If it’s neither of these things, we will investigate so we can get your site back online quickly.
The purpose of our WordPress care plans is to prevent this from happening, so ideally this won’t be the case. However, software as a whole is imperfect and things do break, and servers do go down. In that situation, we’ll be notified, investigate the situation and get to working on the issue as soon as possible.
See the above question if your site is currently down. If we encounter a problem, we will troubleshoot and likely need to roll it back to a safe and previous version at no charge.
If your site breaks due to plugin or theme incompatibility, we will troubleshoot to find a solution and fix the site. Since we cannot guarantee compatibility between all plugins and themes, some scenarios require that we invoice to invoice for the time it takes to fix the issue.
